Place the pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 6-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.Spread the scrambled eggs, apple and onion mixture, sliced sausage, and remaining cheese all over the top of the pizza. Add in the thinly sliced onion along with a pinch of salt and sauté for about 4 minutes stirring the onions a couple times. Heat a medium sized skillet over medium high heat and spray it generously with cooking spray.
